Individual Therapy

As we go throughout our days, we -- sometimes -- encounter issues and situations which cause an imbalance within us that does not seem to be resolved by anything we would normally try. During these times, it can be highly beneficial to reach out for therapy.

We provide individual therapy sessions for teens and adults working through issues such as:

  • LGBTQIA+ Issues

  • Major Medical Diagnoses (Cancer, HIV, etc.)

  • Men's Issues

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • ADHD

  • Anger Management

  • Sleep Disturbances

As your therapist, my goal is to help you identify the source of the presenting issue(s) and work with you to develop the skills to better manage and overcome them.

My approach? I believe that we are a team, and as a team we work together to figure out what works best for you and how to help you achieve that "balance" within yourself.

For more information about specific therapies that we offer, please see the Services tab. Here we have provided some brief information about what each of these therapies helps to achieve.

When you are ready, you can schedule an appointment by contacting me via email at info@hopesforhealing.com or via telephone at (281) 908-0067, and we can begin the process of working together to help you move forward.

We look forward to the opportunity of working with you.
